It’s pathetic the lengths landlords will go to so they can avoid doing the right thing. I hope the tenants sue and get a bundle. It would be less expensive for the owner to contain the asbestos correctly. He’s a fool.

Surely this guy should think about the long term as property is a long term investment, rather than alienate his potential customers, the tenants.
